How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart. Please check the product details before you proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete the payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order without any penalty, as long as it has not been shipped or entered the production stage. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@barbaraaleks.co.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect or auto-filled address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us immediately at support@barbaraaleks.co to request an update.
If you notify us within 24 hours, we can update the shipping address. at no additional cost.
If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be modified. Any additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility.
To avoid any issues, please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Why was my payment declined?
Your payment may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or security restrictions set by your bank. Please verify your information and try again or use an alternative payment method. If the problem continues, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days production time for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at support@barbaraaleks.co.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is support@barbaraaleks.co business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status. You can also track your order using the "Track My Order" link on our website. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.
Why isn’t my tracking information updating?
Tracking information may take a few days to update after your order has been shipped. If there are no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
We recommend checking your tracking information first to see the latest status of your order. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, please reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost in transit or misplaced by the carrier, we will coordinate with them to locate it or provide a replacement. However, we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If the carrier marks the package as delivered but the customer hasn’t received it, we are unable to offer a reshipment or refund. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or the local post office for more information. If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier for further assistance. What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
In such cases, we will hold the order until we receive the correct address from you. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all additional shipping costs incurred for reshipping the order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund these costs.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you accept returns? What if there is an issue with the item?
No, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damages. Please ensure that you carefully review your order and check the product details before purchasing.
If your item arrives defective,incorrect or damaged, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for instructions.
Strictly no returns for international orders.
How can I return an item that is defective or damaged?
Email us at support@barbaraaleks.co with your order number, description of the issue, and attach photos showing the defect of the item(s) that you received. We’ll provide return instructions.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide an appropriate resolution.
How can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available for defective, incorrect or damaged items. To request a refund, you must notify us within 7 days and provide clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will process your refund. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy page.
Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that if the wrong item is returned, an incorrect item is sent, or the return reason does not match the approved request, the refund may not be processed.
Can I exchange my item for a different size, color, or style?
Please note that we do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order after returning your original purchase (if eligible for a return).

Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Since we ship from multiple warehouses, your items may be sent separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
