Shipping Times

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here are the details about our shipping times:

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped and is expected to arrive within 5-10 business days.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While we do our best to meet these estimates, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

In such cases, we'll hold off on reshipping the order until we receive the correct address from you. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering all additional shipping costs incurred. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund these costs.

We kindly ask you to double-check your address before placing an order to prevent any delays or complications in delivery.

 

Order Cancellation

You can cancel and receive a refund for any orders that have not yet been fulfilled.

However, once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is not possible. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any inconvenience.

If it's too late to cancel, you can still return the package following our return policy once you receive it. Please refrain from opening the package if you intend to return it. For comprehensive details on our return policy, please refer to the information provided on our website.

 

Lost or Delayed

We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating, and we're committed to ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Here's our policy for lost or delayed deliveries:

  1. You can file a claim if there's been no movement on your tracking info for 15 days straight.
  2. To start your claim, contact our customer support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  3. If your claim is approved, we can either resend your order (if it's available) or refund you.
  4. We'll keep you updated on your claim's status throughout the process.

Claims won't be considered if you gave the wrong address or weren't available to receive the delivery.

We aim to resolve claims within 7 business days of approval, but sometimes it might take longer due to factors like product availability and carrier times.
